What this demo storefront stores, what it doesn't, and how to clear it.

The short version
Gadgets Store is a demonstration storefront. It has no accounts, no servers collecting your information and no real payment processing. Almost everything you do here stays in your own browser.
What is stored, and where
- Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage (keys gs_cart and gs_wish) so they survive a page reload. They never leave your device.
- Newsletter signup — if you enter an email address in the signup box, it is validated in the browser and saved to local storage on your device only (gs_newsletter). It is not sent to us or anyone else from this demo site.
- Demo checkout — the checkout form is a demonstration. The details you type are used only to display your on-screen order confirmation; they are not transmitted, stored or used to process any payment. No real payment is ever taken.
Cookies and tracking
This demo site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Product photos are served from this site's own files.
Clearing your data
Because everything is stored locally, you can erase all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings — that removes your cart, wishlist and any newsletter email instantly.
Changes to this policy
If this storefront becomes a live shop, this page will be updated first with the real data practices, the data controller's details and your rights before any real orders are taken.
